About Airvet Unlimited + Wellness
Is this a monthly plan or an annual plan?
This is an annual (12 month) commitment.
What is included in the Airvet Unlimited + Wellness subscription?
This offer includes unlimited on-demand calls and 24/7 virtual care from Airvet, for all pets in the family. You will also get a Wellness plan for one dog or cat for routine care at any vet in the US. Plans for your pet include reimbursement of up to $650 every year for:
- 1 Office visit
- 3 Vaccines
- 1 Routine bloodwork
- 1 Fecal test
- 1 Urinalysis
- $100 for Flea, Tick, and Heartworm
- $100 for Grooming
Are there any extra fees or costs?
With this plan, you can use Airvet to connect with a veterinarian anytime at no additional charge. The Wellness plan will include up to $650 for ONE cat or dog. Adding wellness perks for more pets will incur additional charges.
What can I use Airvet for?
Airvet is there for you anytime you have questions about your pet or need peace of mind. You can discuss anything from emergency triage, nutrition, and behavior, to basic health questions and general medical advice. If searching for answers from random people on the internet feels like a weird way to care for your pets, it’s probably because it is!
Can Airvet prescribe medications?
The laws around pet prescriptions actually depend on the state that you live in. Many states will require your pet to be seen in person by the veterinarian before they can prescribe any medications. If your primary veterinarian is on Airvet, it’s best to connect with them through the app directly to discuss your prescription needs. To find out if your primary veterinarian is on Airvet, follow the steps HERE to get connected with them.
If your primary veterinarian is not on Airvet, our veterinarians can still provide valuable advice, but may be unable to prescribe medications if they have not seen your pet in person.
How do I use Airvet?
You can use Airvet's on-demand services to receive 24/7 pet care for your pet! Simply start an on-demand call to get connected with a licensed veterinarian, any time. They will help you determine your next best steps for caring for your pet.

- From the home screen, tap on Start a Video Call
- Select the pet you are calling about
- Select the symptoms you need help with and then tap Start Video Call

During your plan period
How do I submit a wellness claim?
To submit a claim to Wagmo, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account by going to wagmo.io and clicking "Login" in the top right corner.
- After logging in, on your dashboard click "manage" in the top right.
- Go to "Your Plan" and then "Make a Claim".
- Upload your itemized receipt from your pet's recent care.
- Verify how you would like to receive your reimbursement, and voila!
Claims are reviewed within 24 hours for reimbursement! Please keep in mind we need an itemized receipt with a breakdown of services provided in order to review and accept claims.

Is there a limit on the number of benefits I can use in one month?
Wagmo plans are annual. Wagmo will reimburse you for any included expenses up to your plan amount.
How do I change my profile information?
For Airvet: Select the Menu button in the top left of the Airvet app, and tap on your name. You will be able to edit your profile information on that screen.
For Wagmo: Please contact Wagmo’s support team at support@wagmo.io.
How do I change my pet’s information?
For Airvet:
- Tap the menu icon located at the top left of the home screen
- Select “My Pets” from the menu
- Select the profile of the pet whose information you’d like to update
- Tap “Update” at the bottom of the screen to save your changes

When will I be charged?
Your card will automatically be charged every month on your signup date for one full calendar year.
How do I update my billing information?
To update your billing information, please contact support@airvet.com and let us know you’d like to make a change.
Cancellations
How do I cancel Airvet Unlimited + Wellness?
Unlimited + Wellness is a 12-month commitment. Early cancellation fees may apply for ending your Airvet Unlimited + Wellness plan early. Airvet will inform you of any outstanding amounts due.
- Tap the menu icon located at the top left of the home screen
- Go to your profile by tapping on your name
- Tap on Manage membership, then Contact Support
