Updating your App to See Your Benefits

I don’t see all of my Airvet Membership benefits in my app. Help!

If you don’t see specific features in your Airvet app, you may need to update your app version. Updating your app is easy and should only take a few minutes. See the instructions below for a handy guide through the update process.

Updating your Airvet app – iOS

1. 1. Open the App Store
      
   2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen
   3. Scroll to see pending updates
   4. Tap “Update” next to Airvet
      
      

Updating your Airvet app – Android

1. 1. Open the Google Play app
      
   2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
      
   3. Tap “Manage apps & device”
      
   4. Find the Airvet app and tap “Update”
