Your membership gives you access to free 24/7 virtual vet care! The thousands of licensed vets in our network are dedicated to getting your pets the care they deserve. This includes:

  • No time limits. No appointments necessary
  • Peace of mind knowing you and your pets are covered for whatever comes your way

To see details on what’s included in your membership at any time, you can navigate to the menu in the top left corner of your app and select “Membership” to see your benefits.

How do I activate my membership?

Activating your Airvet membership benefit takes less than a minute! Simply follow the steps below:

1. Download the Airvet app on your phone
2. Activate your benefit using your work email, or the email associated with your membership sponsor
3. Add your pets so you’re prepared for whatever may come your way!

Can I use any email to sign up?

In order to activate your membership benefit, you will need to use the same email that you use for work, or that is on file with your membership sponsor. 

What happens if I edit or change my email in the app?

If you edit the email in your account profile, your membership benefit will no longer be linked to your account and you will no longer have access to Airvet.

Can I get a prescription through Airvet?

The laws around pet prescriptions depend on the state that you live in, as well as the state of the vet you are connected with. Many states will require your pet to be seen in person by the veterinarian before they can prescribe any medications.

What kinds of animals can you help?

Airvet is here to help animals of all shapes and sizes live their happiest, healthiest lives possible! If you ever need help contacting a vet with a particular specialty, please email us at [e-mail] and we can help get you connected. 

How many pets can I have on my profile?

An unlimited number of pet profiles can be created under a single membership.
